Lame-o it's okay-o! That's going to be the extent of this post as it's been a very busy week much like I'd imagine everyone else has had. Visiting with family and friends, shopping, parties.....I'm just about ready to spend an entire day in bed.
I've stuffed myself silly with dips and pies and of course have been neglecting the gym. I'm apparently going to make up for it this week though as I have that dreaded
2nd session with the trainer. I desperately wanted to cancel it but decided to suck it up instead.
I'm off all week but it doesn't seem there will be much time to rest. I was hoping to get to some of these goals but alas they may have to wait. It seems December 31st is quickly coming upon us and I have yet to make plans. I'm more of a house party type of gal when it comes to New Year's Eve. You can wear your comfies, play silly games and no one has to worry about driving or cabs or spending a lot of money. I'm keeping my options open this year and who knows where I'll end up as I was thinking a change of pace might be good. I haven't even thought about resolutions .... I should really get to those! So what are your plans for the big ole day and what will you resolve to do?

I'm eating Chinese and getting way drunk. I resolve to finally quit smoking, which i'm starting this week.
I've got a couple of house parties to stop by (but alas, can't wear my comfortable clothes), and then, if I'm lucky, I will ring in the New Year at my own place. I hope. We'll see. Resolutions will have to wait until New Year's Day when I eat Black Eye Peas for luck. Enjoy yours Miss Ash & stretch after the training session or the soreness will limit yr. New Year's fun. Ha.
I am recovering from my dad's visit and lack of exercise. ug Back to the gym tomorrow! I have to work on my resolution list as well, but I have to work New Year's Eve. BOOO!
(I am bringing some champagne to work though. lol)
Wiwille, Excellent choices all of them! The food the booze and of course the all important resolution. Will you go cold turkey or try meds? I have two friends who were VERY heavy smokers and they used a pill and voila they no longer smoke.
2DP, you should suggest that your friends have a comfy attire only rule! As for the stretching will do and why the hell did I make this appointment sooooo close to NYE??
Jlee, Hmmm booze at the workplace...clearly we all need new jobs!!
I've been eating a lot too, but did make it to the gym a couple of times, so I feel *slightly* less guilty.
Hmmm, I'm not too sure of my new year's plans yet which is typical. Hope that you have lots of fun whatever you do. :D
Matthew and I are going to curl up with some Italian food, some champagne, some music and some DVDs, and just get ready for 2010! :-)
Cxx
Have a great New Year's Eve Miss Ash . . .
Christielli, good for you! And enjoy yourself as well this evening!
