A little bit of this a little bit of that:
So I was standing in line this morning at Starbucks waiting for a fancy latte when two men started to comment on the "Ann Coulter article" as they both looked at a newspaper. The barrista chimed in that he wanted to read the article as well and that he had just heard about her. I was like "for the 1st time ever?" to which he replied yes. I laughed and told him to check her out on youtube, "you'll most likely find her offensive to say the least". Apparently she was supposed to speak at the University of Ottawa the other evening however there were sooooo many protesters it was deemed unsafe for her to do so. Shocking that someone was able to silence Ms. Coulter!
I'm taking a class about the Chakras soon which I'm excited about! I have a booklet that I must read through beforehand which I'm interested in doing asap though it looks rather long!
I wonder if I can just try to wing it the day of......it will be like high school all over again!
"I am no good at good-byes"....quick which movie??? (There's probably a million but one I love always springs to mind when I hear those words) anyway I had to say good bye to the parking man today as I will no longer be using his lot. *sniff* He was the lovely soul who brightened my morning a few times a week with wonderful compliments and smiles. I was thinking of sending him a little card to brighten his day in return. I wonder if that's weird?
Earth Hour is upon us this weekend, is anyone else participating and what will you be doing? Last year I was at a comedy show and out for dinner during the lights out part so that was cool, they gave all of the tables candles which was kinda fun. This year I'll probably just curl up with a good book and try to read by candlelight. Maybe I'll grab a fancy drink beforehand to enjoy.......
Have a great weekend!

I am excited to hear what you think about the Chakra class. Very interesting stuff indeed. I still have more to learn, but what I do know is fascinating!
I've been following that Ann Coulter thing a lot in the past few days. I just love it when that hippy agenda exposes itself as a bunch of violent malcontents.
As for Earth Hour, I will be making sure all of my lights are on and my washing machine and dryer will both be running. You see, Earth Hour takes place during a non-peak usage time, so electricity is cheaper.
Jlee, I knew you'd appreciate the class! I'll let you know what I think :)
WIGSF, you're brutal!
I read the first line of this post and was like "oh coffee....I need you."
Did you end up sending the card to that parking guy? I think it would be very sweet. He probably doesn't get that much! We all like to be appreciated.
Rawbean, I haven't yet but I will, I'll have to hand deliver it though which is awkward. I should have just given him one the last time I saw him LOL.
