Ah yes, so on Thursday i went to the Nine Inch Nails concert...good times, they were fantastic. However the gentleman sitting beside me was not. There was the aisle and then one empty seat and my seat and the rest of the row. I ask my friend if the show sold out and she said it had. So i'm wondering who is going to be joining us in the lone seat...perhaps someone that got separated from their friends. I see 3 people walk up towards us, 2 sit infront and a chubby man sits beside me. I'm assuming they are together but nope he's alone. Then he starts trying to make conversation with me and i realize he smells like a brewery. The funny thing is though that the venue had a liquor infraction and was not allowed to serve any alcohol for this particular concert. He must have been imbibing beforehand.
So he's stinky, unsteady and drunk and keeps trying to talk to my friend and i. We do our best to ignore. He then pulls out a mickey of whiskey and pours it into his pop cup...mystery solved. Nine Inch Nails begin to play and some poor soul decides to stand in the aisle beside him and he procedes to yap and yap. That person leaves and he turns to me and says "so have you heard the new cd?" I was like "yeah and i'm trying to listen to it right now" *give dirty look* and he continues to talk "so do you like it" i shake my head yes, give another dirty look and he stares at me like he's going to say something else but i ignore him. Ughhh we were hoping he would tumble down the stairs but we were not so lucky. He was my TYB courtesy of Dawn LOL.
As for the weekend, i met a cute boy last night :) Friend of a friend. Perhaps i'll give him a call.

You bitch and bitch about being single. You and Dawn were at it on the night of the concert at the Duke. And then you both totally ignored these guys.
For everyone else reading, the bar was packed with thin gorgeous and drunk 18 and 19 year old girls, and this friendly guy comes over to Ash and Dawn and I, we're all cute, but none of us were exposing perfect belly buttons on that particular evening. So this guy was nice, if a bit goofy, and his friend looked like Vince from that show Entourage.
Dawn told me that he was cute after we left the bar, and Ash, you told Corin he was cute when you talked to her. Yet, the two of you didn't even make any effort at conversation.
Now you're saying that another guy gave you his number and you aren't going to call him?
Jesus! Ash can't seal the deal!
PX, back me up here, as a guy, if you give out your number is it because you want and expect the girl to call you? And do you care if the girl is a friend of a friend?
Its becuase he apparently looked like that guy from the tea party. LOL....but then again, no one ever thinks that guy is hot....BARF
I thought the goofy guy was rather strange LOL and yes the other one was cute enough. I just never give out my # or get any. I've resigned myself to the fact that i will be single for a long long time. I need to borrow Lori's Flirting 101 book. And yes i can seal the deal, i did with phone number boy :)

As for the goofy one from the concert night, I thought he was odd too, hence the my calling him goofy.

Remember when you said i could use your room in Aarons old house b.c you figured i could never seal the deal.....well it was sealed at his house.

if i give out my number, as a guy, it's because i WANT to give it out...and then it leaves the next step up to the lady i've given it to...therefore if she doesn't call i feel a little rejected, but at least i don't have to be there... but if she calls then all is good
Thanks for your input PX but i decided not to call. I'm sure at some point i may see him again afterall he is friends with my good friend. I would just feel kinda weird calling right now.
