I dont think that the things that you think are bad, are bad at all.
1. You're say your selfish. Although your sister would agree with that, I dont think so at all. Sometimes you make that face, that funny one, if someone asks you to share something, but you always do. I dont think you're selfish at all....I think you have your moments, but everyone does.
2. You're not confident. This is your own opinion, but I think you're wonderfully fun, and witty, you're very caring. You wouldnt do your job if you didnt. You're one of the most amazing people ive known. And..You make awesome company on long road trips to stupid places called Earlton.
3. You're black or white. ....Ya. I pretty much agree with this one, although I dont think its bad. I think that your attitude adds the unseen perspective that those of us with vast quanitity of shades of grey seem to overlook. You're who I call to confirm the decision ive made, when I overanalyze it to certain death.

I agree with S.Subs, in that picture of you from Africa outside the moneychanger with Dan, your eyes are amazing.
I don't think you're selfish either. And I think that at least about some things you're very confident. We all think we're not confident, but if you really aren't, then it stops you from doing things. You definitely do things that I'd be very reluctant to do and don't seem to worry about them much at all.
